| We rent our facilities
in any city throughout the continental United States. |

| Generally, our sales hours of operation
are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Additionally,
we have after hours emergency support. |

| Our experienced sales staff will
evaluate which unit will comfortably accommodate your guests.
Event type, approximate number of guests, percentage of men/women/children
attending, and hours of usage help determine the appropriate
restroom or shower facility you will need. |

| Our sales staff uses information
provided by you to create a quote. Since each event is unique,
we work with you to choose a model for your particular event
and bill according to unit, customer usage, and location. |

| How can I reserve a mobile restroom or shower unit? |
| A reservation can be made over the phone using a credit card; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are welcome. A minimum of $100 is required to reserve a unit, along with full payment 30 days prior to delivery. Rentals over 35 days will need the first month's rent, along with delivery charges, pickup charges and setup fees to be paid 30 days in advance, while subsequent months will be billed. |

| How much advanced
notice do I need to rent a mobile restroom or shower? |
| We would appreciate as much advance
preparation as possible to fully accommodate your specific
needs. If that is not possible, we will do everything we can
to service your event promptly and efficiently. At the minimum we need at least 8 days notice to avoid additional "rush fees"; although during our busy season inventory is limited. |
| Why would
I need a Black Tie Event Services mobile restroom or shower facility? |
| Black Tie restrooms and showers
are designed for upscale events, and when weather conditions
would create problems for port a-potty users. Additionally,
our facilities are more convenient and comfortable for families
with small children, the elderly, and guests who prefer stylish,
quality portable restrooms and showers. |
| Can your facilities
be used where water or power is unavailable? |
| Yes, for these situations we have fresh water units available for rent. However, 6500 watt power generators are required to power our units and should be rented locally by the customer. |
| How do I keep
my rented facility maintained during an event? |
| Throughout the years, many of our customers have become very creative with the upkeep of our facilities. The best idea we have found, and what seems to be the most helpful to our customers, involves working with the event catering company or cleaning service. By simply requesting an extra person or so to help stock the necessary toiletries and help with periodic sink cleaning, you can be sure your rental unit will remain in tiptop condition. However, in the event you are unable to find reliable help, Black Tie Event Services can provide attendant(s) for you. Please note that there will be a significant charge for these services, including travel expenses. |
