Black Tie Services, Inc. Announces Appointment of New President.
Lockport, IL – November 7, 2003 – Black Tie Services, Inc., a privately held Illinois based mobile restroom company, today announced that it has appointed Phillip K. Meegan to the position of President, Black Tie Services, Inc. Meegan, 50, was most recently a financial consultant for the company and spearheaded the restructuring of the company. As a result of his efforts the company anticipates record profits this year.
Throughout a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Phil has held various management positions in both the Financial and Equipment Rental Industries. He was a key member of the management team at Mi-Jack Products, Inc., an international equipment manufacturing and rental company. After leaving Mi-jack Meegan held management positions with both United Rentals and Hertz Equipment Rentals. Mr. Meegan did his undergraduate study at The University of Illinois at Chicago.

McEnery, sole owner and operator of Black Tie Services, Inc. said, “We are extremely pleased to announce the addition of Phil Meegan as our new President and as a member of our management team.
